I learned a lesson the hard way this morning.

Before leaving to go to Mass, I grabbed what I thought were my rewetting drops (for my contact lenses). When I got to church, and about ten minutes into the service, my eyes were getting a bit dry, so I took the drops out and put some in my right eye. My eye burned like all get out, and I looked at the bottle and realized that what I'd grabbed weren't my rewetting drops, but my ear drops. Talk about feeling stupid...my eye was burning like the dickens, and because of that I couldn't concentrate on what was being said during Mass. Needless to say, when I got home, I took my lenses out, rinsed my eyes, and put my glasses on in order to let my poor eyes air out. So what's the moral of this story? Always wake up before you attempt to prepare for your day. lol 

Due to the large amount of books I have in my room, and because I have no idea which ones to read first, I've made myself a little journal in which I'm listing which books I'm reading next. Obviously, since I've been reading the "Twilight" series, I'm going to finish those books first, and then I picked two more books to finish after that. It's giving me a set schedule so that I don't find myself in a dilemma over what to read next. I wish I had thought to do something like this sooner. Oh, well.

The Saints are starting to frustrate me. I know that Payton's resting the starting players, but for the love of everything sacred and holy, why can't the second-stringers play as well as the first-stringers? ARGH! I'm starting to look forward to the end of football season...I don't think I can handle the insanity for too much longer. :S
